Brian Williams Vice President Mr. Williams has more than 20 years of construction industry experience with extensive concentration in contract execution, site management, scheduling, outage and shutdown work, construction methods of complex assignments and cost control. He has project management experience on design/build and EPC projects from the initial development phase through completion. With a background that includes locks and dams, cogeneration plants, manufacturing plants, health care facilities, pulp and paper mills, Mr. Williams has worked on all phases of project execution.
